BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE NEW YORKER
Presented by MasterCard® Priceless® New York
On Thursday, July 25th, a select group of MasterCard cardholders experienced a private tour of the New Yorker offices in New York City, including informal presentations by two top editors.
This priceless tour began in the Frank Gehry-designed Condé Nast cafeteria, followed by a visit to the magazine’s editorial and business floors. Guests enjoyed an exclusive look at the famed James Thurber wall and a dynamic presentation on the inner workings of The New Yorker Creative Studio.
The day culminated in a talk with Bob Mankoff, The New Yorker’s cartoon editor, and Françoise Mouly, the magazine’s cover editor, over light refreshments. Guests received a MasterCard-branded gift bag with a New Yorker desk diary and the most recent issue, as a special thank you.
